Goal 1: 01/03/2013- 149lbs.
Goal 2: 5/04/2013- 140lbs.
Goal 3: 26/04/2013- 135lbs.
Goal 4: 31/05/2013- 125lbs.
Above are my short term goals and goal dates.. I have them written in my diary and on the calendar as a constant reminder! If I stick to plan I could be at my goal weight by my 1st wedding anniversary on the 2nd June 2013.
I know this is going to take alot of commitment but I'm just going to have to take this one day at a time.. 2lbs a week is all I need and I know I can do it if I stay focused.
I really do need to step up my cardio a bit more, I could be doing more than I am. NO MORE EXCUSES! I do love my squats though at the moment! 240 of the little beauties done today.. my legs have only just stopped shaking but it felt soooo good!
One thing I am going to have to be careful of is my calorie count, I've been quite low the last couple of days, not intentionally, but I know that it will hinder my weight loss. It's also not healthy! Tonight I'm going to have some supper.. I'm not really hungry but I am low in all ranges so I know I would be better off eating that little bit more.
Time for bed now
