****I joined the Winter 5% Challenge Team. The first assignment is to post my goals and how to achieve them on my SparkPage:
I commit to at least 10 minutes of exercise 7 days a week, which could consist of cardio, strength, yoga. Once I start I am more likely to keep going.
I commit to finding opportunities to be more active in every day life (e.g. 100 moves whenever I get a chance, can be broken up into 10's and added together at the end of the day)
I commit to drinking my 8 glasses of water each day, more if I can.
I commit to follow the Full Plate Diet, which is no weight loss diet, but a lifestyle changing outlook on food and eating, by adding healthy fiber into each and every meal/snack I eat.
