I am off of work for the next 8 days. I have a lot going on this week but I am glad to be home for the first part and feeling like I can regroup a little bit. I am going to keep it simple but I want to make some goals for myself.
-exercise on most days
-drink more water
-cook lots of good recipes :)
-do something fun to motivate myself
