Its Day 16 and I'm down 12lbs. Which isn't bad. I had a bad week last week but if i keep this pace by day 30 i should be down 24lbs. Which would be awesome. I am getting a little bored of my food so i need to go food shopping and become a little bit more creative in my menu. If any one has any low fat low carb recipes please forward. Thanks.
