Isn't it funny how you make a food choice thinking it is healthy, only to find out that it isn't? I was forced to eat out the other day because I didn't have enough time between going from my full time job to my part time job to be able to go home and eat. So, I decided I would go to Subway and get one of their low fat subs. I chose the Sweet Onion Chicken teriyaki on 6-inch Oat bread with no cheese and lots of vegi's. I had apple slices and unsweetened ice tea. When I got home that night and logged my meal, I discovered that while it was low fat, it was very high in carbs, so it really threw off my carbs for the day. I guess I should have known better than to have something with sweet in the title. Oh well, live and learn.
