Frustration setting in

This week I went over my calories a few days and stayed within or went slightly under a few days. It averaged out to be about 1500 calories per day. worked out 3 days so far. Today at some point will be day 4. The scale wont budge. I guess I am going to have to up the work outs. Especially since apparently working out til I am about to die for half an hour only burns around 230 calories. Maybe I should add waling on the treadmill for 30 minutes each day. That will burn a few more calories. Whatever, I know it is just a plateau and once it breaks I will drop a bunch real quick. It is just frustrating. I may do my workout today at home and then hit the gym that I haven't been to yet because of a sick baby.

Since I was feeling so down on myself this week about the weight I decided to make me pretty.
I colored my hair!
I went from a dark brunett to a blonde.
Not sure how I feel about it.

    Plateau's can indeed be very frustrating! You will get past it.
I certainly would recommend changing up you workout routine a little. Don't forget some of the videos here are Spark are very short, and a great way to add a little "extra" especially with a sick baby when you can only grab so much "you time" in one stretch.
