My Walk Today

Saturday, February 09, 2013

Today is our 9th day in Maui and I feel blessed to be enjoying tropical weather while much of the country is in the midst of cold winter. I took a walk alone today because hubby is not feeling well (some kind of chest cold/fever). I decided I would walk/jog on the road from our condo to a little beach park up the way where there are a lot of surfers/paddle boarders. It was only 20 min round-trip with about 6 minutes total of jogging intervals. Not sure what the distance was, but I sure got my sweat on! Here are a few pictures :

Flowers along the road...

Back at the condo~found a flower for my sweaty hair! This is our view...

Aloha! So glad you are having a wonderful time. We enjoyed Cafe O'Lei for a special dinner when we were there in 2009. Do you go to the "up-country"? Love it there! Have wonderful, relaxing fun!
