Subway is offering $5 subs this month. So I am going to try the Jared plan. Each day I will walk to Subway, get my footlong healthy sub and eat half for lunch and half for dinner. I will eat Fiber One cereal or Oatmeal for breakfast with some fruit. I will keep my calories between 1200 and 1500, walk the dog in addition to walking to subway, and add strength training exercises 2-3 times a week.
My goal is to follow this plan each day and lose 10 pounds this month. I've done it the last 5 days and I'm enjoying it very much. I feel very satisfied with my food, and I'm down 2 pounds.
