Saturday is my Faterday...I eat what I want, but I have been getting better and better at planning my Faterday meals to still be nutritious and colorful and not sabotage my goals. I am learning to switch out ingredients .... ok, it's a process and I am not there yet, but I am trying. Making myself eat breakfast is the hardest thing for me. But, I will make it through.
