I want to lose weight to feel better. Tying the shoes is not an easy task. I want to climbe up the stairs without feeling winded (or have the knees scream at me).
I am working on lowering my cholesterol and blood pressure. Losing weight will help on both those fronts.
I don't want to be skinny but not having to shop in the plus size section will be cheaper and around here will give me a much nicer selection of things for work.
