1) Stay within or under my calorie ranges.
2) Work out 10 minutes
Day 1 (Feb 1st):
Day 2 (Feb 2nd): No to the nutrition but yes with the fitness.
Day 3 (Feb 3rd):
Day 4 (Feb 4th): No with nutrition yet again but yes to fitness.
Day 5 (Feb 5th):
Day 6 (Feb 6th):
Day 7 (Feb. 7th):
Day 8 (Feb. 8th): Today was my splurge day so I relaxed and at out for dinner.
Day 9 (Feb. 9th):
(This is the goal because who knows what else I'll eat today).
