Imagine stepping on the scale to find that your weight hasn't budged. Instead of immediately reacting with self-hatred and disgust, you remain calm and focus on the positive. What other accomplishments can you be proud of?

Their recommendations are also similar to yesterdays by monitoring: daily energy level, stress level, sleep quality and self-esteem. Something I've let go of, and should re-establish, is ending the day with an entry in my Joy Journal.
