I was pleasantly surprised when I weighed today for the week and had lost another pound! I like to track my all-time low, meaning despites ups and downs what is the lowest weight I have weighed over the 10 years so today was my new all time low. That is so exciting! I was surprised because I had a generally higher calorie intake than usual but I am still carb cycling and also did better on exercise.
This is a sample of my protein/fat meal where I keep carbs low. This is spaghetti squash with spaghetti sauce and since I do not use noodles, I can add parmesan to it. SO filling! In fact, I decided this was too much for one meal and broke it down to two. rofl
This was another protein/fat and low carb day. Usually I would not have used the chili but I had it leftover and had to use it up so didn't think a few beans would hurt. Usually I use the portabella as my pizza crust and spoon pizza sauce into the middle, add some protein (usually ground venison) and any toppings you want and then add cheese. Using that portabella as crust cuts the calories incredibly.
