Hi there Sparkfriends! Still going strong even this week being my birthday. I ate out once and did great, only went over my total calories for the day by 35 so I'm not counting it as a missed day!
Yesterday was my birthday and my coworkers brought me a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting. Yum! can you imagine I had never tasted red velvet cake before? Well, I'm a fan now, folks. And I managed to fit it in my daily caloric intake. Woo Hoo!
We again got this crazy artic weather so Thursday and Friday I didn't take the dog for a walk at 5h15 in the morning like I'm supposed to. Anyhow, my poor pooch almost refuses to go out to do her business when it's that cold, so, a walk is completely out of the question!
So I didn't meet the walk the dog goal, nor did I went running three times this week. But, I had an encounter with Bob Harper's cardio body rev... DVD and I suffered and sweated a lot so I guess that makes up for it, does it?
