Having trouble with the hungries...

Exercise on track, but I am eating to much. I should be loosing weight but instead I have gained a few pounds. I am on track to reach my fifty pound goal but I may be sabotaging myself. I am going to continue to exercise and continue to try to get my eating under control. The struggle never stops even when the motivation is there.

    I'm doing the same thing. My friends tell me I'm gaining muscle. That really doesn't help when I know I have to watch the eating and do better at tracking. Are you tracking all that you eat? If I can find time to do that, I often eat less because I do not want to track, so I won't eat it!
