I posted a blog yesterday but didnít get my stats posted like I wanted to. It was a stressful day to say the least, I got very irritable and was on its way to anger and agitation. I had to go ahead and take my seroquel just to get me to relax back to a decent state of mind, When I get really agitated I tend to clench my jaw and grind my teeth which is never a good thing, so this morning it was of no surprise that my teeth were giving me trouble with severe pain. I tried to burn off some of it through cleaning my bedroom which was fine but it made me really tired so I was in bed and asleep by 930, woke up around 1230 took my medications and was off to bed and asleep again in no time,, sleeping until 930 this morning. I can only pray that today will be much less stress

Oh I did do something for me yesterday as well, I cut about 5 inches off my hair and thinned it out. Its still below my shoulders so I can put it up or in braids or tails with no issues but much lighter. I am always scared to having my hair cut by anyone else but I did get some trimmed off in Oct/Nov time frame and I would only let her take off about 2inches even though DH would have liked a bit more taken off, I wasnít ready to do that. When I was in the military and even while growing up I had a short shag for a cut which I loved until about 6 months before my wedding DH and I went in to both have our hair cut and the lady doing mine must have thought something different when I said short shag and my hair was as short as my DH's high and tight. By my wedding day it was still a lot shorter than I would have liked and wore a hat for the day. That has been almost 16 years ago. Lets just say that was a huge step for me since I am very attached to my hair.

Yoga 3 times a week 10 min increments (3 time this week)
WATP 3 times a week at least 1 mile 15 min increments (3 day completed this week)
1 Day a week mild stretching and such at least 10 min (1 day this week completed)
Exercise streak totally: 20 day streak
Also cleaned for 75min, moving furniture, vacuuming, laundry and such.
Name one good thing about myself: I cleaned my bedroom which hadn't been done in months 20 day streak

Say I am worth it and I am a good person 20 days streak

    Awesome job!!! Way to on on the 20 day streak.

Enjoy your new haircut, I too have a hard time letting go of my hair length. i would love to have it cut really short above my shoulders, but too chicken to do so.

    You cut off some hair but still have plenty to play with. When I watch "What Not to Wear" I have noticed a lot of women don't like losing their long hair, so that is not unusual at all. Hope you start to feel good again soon. emoticon
