So grateful for a quiet day at home. No extra activities today. Yay!

I decided to let myself sleep in this morning. I don't know why I bothered, because I didn't really sleep that extra hour and a half. Because of that, I waited to do my workout after breakfast. Ugh, I hate doing that. I waited about an hour after I ate and I really didn't have a lot to eat, but I just can't stand working out with food in my stomach. I know that they say it's better, but I feel that I have a lot more energy working out on an empty stomach. I've noticed that on other days when I've had to do my workout later (which doesn't happen that often). Is that weird, or is that just the way my body is?

Well, off to shower and then get the laundry started. Have a great Saturday!

    I wish I could exercise first but I have to have food in my tummy before very much exercise. Glad your week ended up ok - hope yesterday ended up easy and relaxing for you.
