Healthy Weight Challenge Week #3

I'm up two pounds from last Saturday. I didn't track my calories at all this week. I felt like I did 'ok', but I know the discipline in the tracking keeps me honest. I also have had a few bad water days, which is very atypical. I love my H20! But there have been days where I have ignored it, sitting at my desk for far longer than I should. That alone could be the cause for the gain. It's definitely the reason for my headaches the day after.
My fitness minutes, not including todays is a puny 198, using the Fitbit, which seems to overcount your activity. Wow. The only real thing I did was Zumba on Monday. I'm going to workout today and tomorrow. I love weekends. Unlike most people who struggle to do the right things on the weekend, I excel on the weekend because I have TIME! I'm also going to try to do some morning fitness next week. I'm sure I can do that on at least two days when my meetings start later in the morning. Zumba Thursday is probably going to be off limits for the next 8 weeks while I study for the PMP (Project Management Professional). That's life. I'm giving up one self improvement opportunity temporarily to complete another. I'm excited to finally get the PMP cert. Unlike my MBA, which suprisingly hasn't opened doors for me at work, I believe the PMP will. It's a highly sought after skill in many areas of the company.
So, let's recap my plan for next week to make sure it's a good one.
1. Track that food to stay in ranges.
2. Get groceries for Spark recommended meal plans
3. Don't forget to drink water.
3. Schedule morning workouts around work schedule
4. Make up the three missed workouts.
5. Keep shooting for 10K a day! It's been a challenge, but I must move more.
