It's Day 9 of this cleanse and I can honestly say that the I am feeling betting inside and out. My energy level is at a above normal level. Although I had some weight loss due to the cleanse. I have allowed my body to rest as needed and extended my alarm clock to one hour later each morning so that I can wake up by His voice.

But today I have a bigger challenge! sigh.... clean this house!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!! I have been focusing on a few other things and this house is now officially a mess!

I look forward to going grocery shopping to purchase items for next week and I also look forward to starting my workouts!
