After gaining and losing the same 6 pounds over and over again, I think I finally broke the cycle this week! I weighed in at 219.4, breaking the 220's. And I'm only 3.5 pounds away from a 15% weight loss! Looks like focusing on fitness (not to mention all the salad I ate for lunch this week! Been craving taco salad!) finally paid off!
