I am getting tired. This morning's workout kicked my @$$. Hard. Got through it though and burned 304 calories. My morning weigh-in tipped the scale at 215 - which is one pound shy of having lost 30. That is good motivation to get through the day with a sane calorie intake and two solid workouts (pushing to burn 600 calories today).
If I hit 214 tomorrow - I reach another BIG milestone!
