I am getting tired. This morning's workout kicked my @$$. Hard. Got through it though and burned 304 calories. My morning weigh-in tipped the scale at 215 - which is one pound shy of having lost 30. That is good motivation to get through the day with a sane calorie intake and two solid workouts (pushing to burn 600 calories today).

If I hit 214 tomorrow - I reach another BIG milestone!

    No fear, I just get really OCD-ish when I get close to a milestone. After I hit this 30 mark, I will undoubtedly take a deep breath and settle back into routine workouts until I get close to the 40 pound mark, then I will go nuts again.

    You are going like crazy and that is great. Just don't burn out. You want this to be for the rest of your life!
