Lost only one half pound this week, and who knows really how accurate that is ... the scales were kind never the less
This week has been much quieter than last week and I actually got to ride the bike on Friday for a few minutes (only 10). Had to take it "easy", Doc's orders. Hopefully when I see him next week I will get the go ahead to exercise more!
Haven't noticed much change in my body, but then only 12# out of 120# I hope to drop - so what do I expected? I understand that 10% body weight is where it really starts to show up ... so that's 20# more! Seems like such a long *weigh* from here! Losing at the rate of a terrapin doesn't help!
Loved the quotes this week on the SP app for iPad! Really inspiring for me, and I'm sure lots of other people. I have found that having the iPad makes it much easier for me to track my food since I don't "sit" on the computer like some of my friends. Grateful to SP for adding this to their tools!
