200 Sit ups, 100 push ups, 200 squats.

So a buddy of mine opened my eyes to these programs.... pretty simple premise. I did my exertion test for the sit ups yesterday and was able to do 15 in 60 seconds. I did my first set of 3,4,3,3 and Max (which was 10) this morning. . . this isn't as easy as it looks!

w1d3 6,7,6,6, Max COMPLETE
w2d1 6,9,6,6,Max

I did my max test for my push ups today... I can't do a single "traditional" push up... so I switched to modified. I was able to do 5 in 60 seconds..... weak. lol. So starting wednesday, I'll start the rep tests for those.
The Program looks like this:

w1d1 6,6,4,4,max COMPLETE
w1d2 6,8,6,6, max Complete
w1d3 6,10,7,7, max
w2d1 9,11,8,8, max
w2d2 10,12,9,9, max
w2d3 12,13,10,10, max

Finally they have the squats. Good form squats are difficult but my max test was 35.
and this is the program for the squats:
W1D1: 8,8,5,5, max COMPLETE!
w1d2: 8,11,8,8, max Complete
w1d3: 11,13,10,10, max Complete!
w2d1: 13,15,11,11, max
w2d2: 13,16,13,13, max
w2d3: 16,18,13,13, max

So, now I gotta stick to the program. 3 days a week for each workout. I'll probably do them all Monday Wednesday and Friday. I know it's not complete, but its a start.

    I'm a big fan of these apps on my iPhone, especially when travelling or when I can't get to the gym.....keep using them, they work!
