So this morning I got up and weighed and I lost a pound! emoticon emoticon I hope it stays lost. Then I heard hubby leaving the house and I knew where he was going. Sure enough, he comes in with a bag of doughnuts. We have a new doughnut store here and they are scrumptious and he brings 2 of my favorite iced coconut yeast doughnuts. I succumbed and ate one but I will go out and exercise today and walk it off. ANd I know that I will choose wisely for the rest of the day and make up for it. I did enjoy every bite even though I knew I was eating about a half cup of mushy sugar. And no fiber.

Its a beautiful sunshiny emoticon Floida day. HOpe I accomplish something good.

I almost went to Krispy Kreme today when I saw the Hot Now sign lit up but I changed my mind at the last minute! I really wanted one but I knew that I probably could not stop with just one. Those things tend to melt in your mouth. LOL!

I think it's ok to indulge once in a while. It's when it's a HABIT that it's bad. emoticon

I checked this site and found that doughnut has 260 calores and one gram of fiber. Only 34 more fiber grams for the day to go! So if I leave the other doughnut in the bag or take it to my mother in law, it won't be so bad to have eaten it.

Dunno what happened with the blog--?

Anyhow, what I wrote was: congrats on the loss - and I envy you the doughnut. Couldn't tell you the last time I had one, and I love the darned things--!
