If you are new to sparkpeople and have never tried a challenge, now is the time! This is a great way to meet people and make friends. Everyone wants to live healthier and a challenge is a fun way to do so.
If you have done challenges before, this is the challenge for you! I found some of the other challenges to be too complicated or too involved. The only mandatory participation here is exercise minutes and weight tracking. There are other weekly activities, but they are fun and optional. During the Fall 5% Challenge, I really only planned on maintaining my weight, and I ended up losing!
