This can be so hard to do. I have to remember each day to make a small change then focus on that until it too becomes a habit. Then move on to the next.
Exercise has been my main focus for months. It is now becoming a habit. 1.46 miles this morning. 47.04 to go by the end of March.
Next in line is eating quality food and cooking at least two healthy meals each week with enough for a couple of dinners/lunches. This too is becoming a habit.
I take some comfort in keeping these as a focus probably because it is NO LONGER MUCH WORK. That is where the honesty part comes in. By nature, I want to take the easier way.
It is now time to make the main focus MEASURING and portion control. This in my heart I know is what it will take to get me to the next level. I know it will require work and concentration but I must do it.
That is now my main focus beginning today.
