I hadn't noticed my scale was set to me being 1 inch shorter than I am. My posture has improved enough in the past four years (when I got the thing) that I've "added" an inch to my height consistently at the doctor's office. When I updated that, suddenly by body fat % dropped a little which means I "met" my first mini goal. I still have a lot of work to do, though.
Today was my first morning of waking up early to do some meditation, qi gong and tai chi. My body is still not sure of this. Morning is typically "hang out in front of the computer and drink coffee until I can tolerate other people time." I also almost fell asleep during my short (and it was *really* short) meditation. I have hopes that my body will adjust to it.
