Got to blog it!

So I haven't blogged it up since Tuesday.
Wednesday's parents evening was loooong, I should have known better than to think there was any chance I would make it to the gym after!! My last appointment was at 6.20pm, everything obviously overran as usual at these kinds of things and I finally finished at 7.20pm!! So I did no exercise but I DID manage to steer clear of the naughty food lying around.
Thursday was a less-than-perfect day at school, had an awful lunch meeting (again, managed to avoid the sandwiches, crisps etc) and then had a tough afternoon. But I did make it to the gym and did my best time so far for 5k, 35mins almost exactly! :)
Friday I felt absolutely HORRENDOUS. I NEVER get stomach-sick but woke up at 5am with massive cramps and even though I went into work and somehow made it through the day I felt so awful! My housemate was having her birthday party at the house that night as well so I dragged myself across London (almost cried on the train I felt so awful) to my Dad's place (he's not here at the moment so still wallowing in self-pity with no one to look after me, lol!) and bought a hot water bottle on the way over and wrapped myself as tightly as possible around it!!
Woke up this morning feeling much better, obviously I realised that I left my trainers at my place so there has been no morning run but hopefully I can do a little pilates and abs or something later on before heading over to my friend's house to watch a film later.
On the very big plus side, I weighed myself this morning and am back to a normal me weight :) 188.6. I definitely need to keep this up this week, I leave next Friday to go skiing for a week and I need to make sure I fit into last year's ski pants (I do have another older pair that I will definitely fit into but I was so proud of myself when they were really loose last year, I don't want to ever have to be squeezing myself into those again!). Also it's always good to do lots of exercise just to be sure of cardio capacity and such like for a good hard week on the slopes!!
Now it's time to get on with a load of marking so that exercise can be done :)
