1. What are your goals for this challenge? What do you want to accomplish (doesn't specifically have to be weight related) over these next 8 weeks?
What I would like to achieve over the next 8 weeks is making sure I do all my homework even when I am procrastinating, keep losing weight, work out more (more aerobics), and have fun with my spark friends.
2. How will you go about reaching those goals and work toward those accomplishments? What do you need to do to make them happen?
I am going to keep logging into Sparkpeople and I am going to stay active in this challenge. I am going to go to my classes and set time aside for me to work on school work and working out.
