How To Cause A Heart Attack - A Paper One!

Saturday, February 09, 2013

Let's give our loved ones a Paper Heart Attack sometime in the month of February. This is an easy and fun way to show someone that they are special.

Cut out 29 hearts, different colors and sizes, and write something positive on each heart. You can say something special about your friend like You have an amazing singing voice, or send a positive uplifting message on a heart.

If you are sending across the miles just place in an envelope and mail. If your heart attack is going to be close to home go to the door of your special recipient and tape the hearts all over the door. Then you can do a ding and dash.

Here is a wonderful recipe to use as a small gift!

A very cute idea! I have been printing, cutting and taping up some of the motivational quotes on the mirrors at work. I've had a couple of people make positive comments about them. (Our work is having a biggest loser contest. I won it two years ago and the contest plus SparkPeople helped me lose 40 lbs.) I may have to hand write them on hearts now! emoticon

That's a great idea! My friend who just lost her dog isn't doing so well. In fact she texted me today and said she's staying home this weekend, including church. That's just not like her to miss church. I don't know if it's because she's sick or her grieving or she doesn't want to leave her other dog.......but this certainly should help cheer her up!
