I just joined with this challenge, fairly good challenge, gets you thinking and trying new things. This week for nutrition was to try a new vegetable and fruit. Well there was not many on my list that i have not tried before, so i picked fruits and vegetables i usually don't eat, so for fruit i had star fruit and for vegetable i have Okra. With Fitness we had to learn about over training, that isn't an issue with my problems of fibromylagia. I did change my fitness up a bit with strength training, but i am just pretty much following my plan with PT. Our motivational challenge got me to stop procasting posting my visual collages, so i posted up my January and February ones for everyone to see. As for Bonus we had to talk about our weight loss story, well my weight loss doesn't have much of a story since last few years i had been gaining, but i finally made a step this year to join spark people and so far i have lost 2 lbs with it.
