Just so people don't think I'm a slacker starting at number 3:
Assignment 1: define my terms of participation (posted on my SparkPage)
Assignment 2: update my SparkPage (updated goals, color scheme, etc.) Haven't new pictures to update yet.
And now for Assignment 3:
List all the reasons you want to lose weight.
I am actually switching into maintenance mode, I want to lose one or two more vanity pounds, but I'll give my reasons.
I want to lose and keep of extra weight because:
(1) I want to be healthy and active.
(2)I want to be able to experience my life and be a force in its direction. I don't want life to just happen.
(3) I want children.
(4) I don't want to be "the fat one" or the "chubby" one, I want to be the happy, energetic one.
(5) I want to be an example to those around me, not that healthy = skinny, but that happy = healthy. A person can have control or excuses, but one of those makes you a happier you.
What do you want to change?
At this point, I just want to lose just body fat %. I want to be a little more toned than now (or at least have less fat hiding the tone :))
How do you want to look?
Easiest question so far! I want to look vibrant and confident in my skin. I want my outside to be a reminder that my efforts have results even if I'm not feeling them.
How do you want to feel?
Even easier! I want to feel great! Energetic! I want to be cheerful even when I've exceeded my energy for the day.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
Honestly, I don't like this question. In the PRESENT with my healthier body I am continuing to challenge myself. I am keeping my life in order and I am expressing my love and passion for everything with anyone. I am making positive changes and conscious decisions to be a better person in any aspect I can see needs improving.
