Hey guys. Today has not been good. I binged. Really bad. I feel so bad, and even though I knew I would I'd do it anyway. This week hasn't been my best. I think I'm keeping up with workouts pretty well, but I won't be surprised if I gain a little, or stay what I was last week. I'm trying, but the second I get under any kind of stress my self control goes right out the window. I'm going to work out tomorrow and try really hard to make up for today.
What do you guys to to stay on track?
