So I have been off the wagon, but have now been getting back on track for almost 3 weeks now. I gained some and lost some. Now that my husband is right along side with me this time, I think I can make this more long term. That and a new blog site that I created. I created this new blog to help me stay motivated and to help hold myself accountable. I will weigh in again on Monday on there so that I can keep records on the same day each time.
