I have been hungry a lot this past week! I hate the feeling - it just nags and nags and nags... I'm pretty sure what the problem is-protein and fiber. It seems so difficult to get enough protein. I love beans, meats, and yogurt, but I also crave carbs...yum yum yum! The carbs win the calorie war...quite often.
Back to the drawing board! Planning meals is probably the only way to kick this annoying hunger thing. I haven't let it beat me, but boy oh boy, there have been some close calls this week!
Glad the weekend is here! I'll have to set aside a little quiet time so I can focus all my mental powers, study up on nutritional values, and set a realistic mini goal or two!
