I took today as my mostly off day to let these legs recover! Belly dance and then the comedy club. It was a fun evening. It was also fun to enjoy my meal out by making the best choice.
Black bean dip! I worked around the sour cream and didn't eat much cheese so I got alot of protein from the beans!
Weigh in already tomorrow...my goal this week was to hold steady with what was going on.
I almost don't want to weigh in but it is what it is!
