I woke up sooo draggy and tired
today but as this is the last day for me to get in a workout this week and since I have not been able to work out at all last month...I kicked my butt into gear and did a 30 minute step workout
Cardio Blast #2 Athletic Step...was I energized after the workout???
NO! I was still really tired but really really glad I did one!!
Tomorrow is a rest day
and I am sooo looking forward to it!....Enyoy your weekend!!
