I made it 17 minutes again today. I did just 2-3 minutes at a time because I am having a bad sinus headache day.
Today makes 200 days of walking with my Walk Away The pounds DVDs, day 28 at 17 minutes & day 14 since I started my weight loss journey over because I had gained back almost all of the weight I lost last year.
I am still working on all of my craft projects & reading all of my books.
