not to bad a week with goals but it was hard

well the end of 2 weeks and down 4 lbs. It was truly hard because of the stress in my life, but I am working at it. Have to work tomorrow than off for 1 whole day! Whoopie Doo! lol We had a food day at the workplace and I only ate fruit and veggies even though they tried to get me to taste the cake. Told me a little wont hurt me, but before I was saying oh ill start after this holiday or this special occasion and as we all know, there will always be a special day to fall off the wagon .I told them that and they shut up. lol Hey I joined that spark coach yesterday. Anybody else joined? Looks like it will help me and I need all the help I can get. Well ill quit yapping for now and I hope all has a great week-end! emoticon

    4 pounds. Good for you. May you keep it off. So next week you have another added pound to the good.

I seen your post. I am old at sparks but the first in here as I do have to be more stricked in the cholesterol issue. Glad you joined.

We have pizza once a week but we buy it not from Restaurant. Grocery store. Independent or some people say it is in Loblaws..

We look at all the calories, fats, fiber, sugars and ect..

It is hard. As some fruit has allot of sugar. Like grapes, bananas.

I love coffee is that bad. Don tell me. My treat coffee is my replacement for other sweets. In mornings for breakfast.

I hear it is good from one doc then I hear it is bad. Coffee hmmm.

Your doctor said no.


It is hard when someone says it won't hurt you to have a piece of cake..

I get that all the time also.

I see people bake sweets having Cholesterol in recipes. I have been
eating crispy squares as my treat. I have to learn all this. Can I have or can't have.

I see people who have diabetic have to watch natural sugar in fruits.

So I guess that is true.

    So proud of you! It's so hard to stay on track with work and stress! Give yourself a big bear hug and do something nice for yourself on your day off!
