Days 468 & 469 - a temptation thwarted!

Yesterday I went for 15 minutes on my gazelle (as I was watching American Idol) and today I went for a 24 minute run/walk. My streak is still going and I've managed to do pretty good with my nutrition. My daughter came home for the weekend from College and wanted to go out to lunch with Grandma and myself so we went to Outback for lunch. My mom and I split a hamburger (they are 7-ounces worth of meat alone!!) and fries and I got a side salad. As it was, my half of the meal and salad with dressing (no cheese) was over 600 calories! Wow!

    emoticon with the exercise and splitting of the meal. Just think if you'd at the entire thing, it would have been close to your daily total! Keep it up, but enjoy your daughter while she is home!
