I would like to get back on track to a healthier lifestyle. So much has changed in my health since I've joined Sparkpeople. I have high blood pressure, edema, acid reflux, chest pains, lactose intolerance. I've been eating so poorly for days and months now, my mouth is dry, I can't think straight, low energy, fatigue, etc. I'm only 22 and my weight is now 345. I was listening to my Mom tell stories of how I used to LOVE eating my fruits and vegetables as a kid and very little meat. Now, I don't know how I let myself go. I don't know what to do anymore.
If it helps, I no longer consume fast food hardly if any. Last month, I went an entire month, and a week and a half ago, I had a combo meal. The taste was off. No more for me, that was enough! Pizza and pasta is a weakness for me. I'm practicing going meat free, possibly vegan. And I drink mostly water these days. I don't like taking medicine. Basically, I don't know what to. I want to be a role model for my family and Sparkpeople!
