It feehavls so strnage not to log my calories or exercise anymore. I did it for so long and now I just have to maintain my weight by watching what I eat and exercising enough. I know it will be hard at first but I can do it. Now if only my arms would not always hurt during the night. I think i might need 3 pound weights for the lateral exercises. Seems like my left arm is weaker than my right one doing that. The biceps are getting bigger but the triceps need work yet. Will not wear sleeveless tops yet arms too saggy yet. I think my left leg will always be bigger because of my varicose veins and my abs will take a while yet. Now the older computer is freezing up too much. I think we will have to buy another one at Walmart or Radio Shack.
