joined weightwatchers. I feel changes will get better if I get out of the house. What a great place to start. I am making a 8 week commitment.
I have joined and left so so many times. I am going to make a 8 week commitment with the 5% winter challenge.
I will fit the low carb choices with the WW points and see if I can get a balance of consistent weight lose and add Sparkpeople tools with sparkfriend support and I have a great recipe. WooHoo.
I will keep you updated on how this is working for me.
My first meeting is Tuesday Feb 12. I will let you know how I made out.
