I have stalled out at 203 lbs. Now I am going to try and reset myself by counting every calorie and working out 5x/wk for 30min. at a time. My back is feeling better and my sore throat went away finally after 4 days.
I want to do a cleanse so bad, but every time I've tried that in the past, I gained the weight back, plus some.
