2 corn Tortilla, leftover chicken, leftover mixed veggies, a little bit of pasta, 2 slices of cheese. I made a yummy tortilla sandwich with the leftovers, and the calorie count wasn't bad! It was about 300 calories, and it made a nice, interesting pretty healthy dinner.
Top it off with refried beans. Yummy dinner! :) And free! Didn't have to spend any money. I splurged on desert (not so healthy, of course) but I'm proud of myself, financially at least. Maybe not so much on the desert option though.
