For my Lovely Lime BL challenge this week I was asked to post about
A - Have I forgiven myself for not eating healthy and exercising as much as I should
B - How will I feel when I reach my weigh loss goals.
A - I continue to forgive myself each day. I love it when I wake up in the morning and remember that the day before I met my Spark goals. That is such a good feeling to start the day with. I find I am doing this more and more often. And when I fall behind, Spark has taught me to realize this is a journey...and that I strive for progress not perfection.
B - I already feel better after losing weight during this Winter Challenge. The BL Challenges help keep me motivated. I like checking in each week and letting my fellow team members know that I suppor them by adding exercise minutes and deducting a pound each week (hopefully).
So, yes to both questions. I continue to forgive myself and I love the way I am feeling on this challenge.
