2 / 8 / 13 Water Aerobics Work Out # 4

I made it to water walking yesterday and really felt on cloud nine when I stepped out of that swimming pool!
Today was water aerobics class.......
Now the last time I went to class I strained a few areas that are weak due to past surgeries. This time around I (1) wore my girdle! Which as one of my dear friends pointed out, was a great benefit for the pain in my lower back. AND (2) I paced myself to my OWN capabilities. It irritated me to go at a slower pace than everyone else but at least I am there and one day I will be at the front of the pool and class with all the older ladies!
I happen to be the 4th youngest person in class..... sad I know but NOT FOR LONG!
I also want to point out to those that may be unaware of the fact, but most recreational pools with fitness classes have a lift chair or hoist to help their mobility challenged patrons to get in and out of the pool on their own. They can just walk or drive up to the machine and position themselves to lower into the water. How cool is that?!
I also have decided to start going to water aerobics and water walking 5 day's a week. They don't offer it on Saturday or Sunday
I think I may be getting addicted to the awesome feeling after my work outs!
