UGH - 4 days out of the gym.
The 2013 Flu Season is proving to get even those that got the flu shot like me!
1 - no matter how much you try, if you are going to get sick - just let it happen. No sense in fighting what needs to take it's course.
2 - Make a mental note of how it will "take you back" on your plan - if you are on one. It's put be back at least 4 days thus far - watch out - next week this girl will be on a roll!
3 - If you are determined - falling back doesn't mean falling off - it just means a re-shifting of plans and maybe, if possible, making up for lost time in small increments.
I need to go after this intelligently - not just throwing out the doors through the windows!
