Good Week

What a great week!! I managed to eat healthy meals 3 of the 5 days.

Dinner #1 Spagetti squash with spagetti sauce with leftovers for lunch on day 2.
Dinner #2 Stuffed chicken breast, sweet potato/gaucamole and quinoa with chopped peppers. Again leftovers for breakfast (quinoa) and lunch sweet potato and gaucamole.
Two slacker days cereal and cheeseburger (can't resist the best d**n arena burgers in Northern AB :).
Dinner #3 Chicken breast and my new fav veggie combo sweet potato and gaucamole.

I can't believe how much energy I have and not feeling blah. I'm really looking forward to improving on healthy meal days. emoticon

    You are off to a great start. I love your attitude and the positive message you are giving by looking at what you did RIGHT and then afterward, looking at the places you didn't do quite so well. You have things in the right perspective. Keep up the great work!! You are doing AWESOME!!
