What a great week!! I managed to eat healthy meals 3 of the 5 days.
Dinner #1 Spagetti squash with spagetti sauce with leftovers for lunch on day 2.
Dinner #2 Stuffed chicken breast, sweet potato/gaucamole and quinoa with chopped peppers. Again leftovers for breakfast (quinoa) and lunch sweet potato and gaucamole.
Two slacker days cereal and cheeseburger (can't resist the best d**n arena burgers in Northern AB :).
Dinner #3 Chicken breast and my new fav veggie combo sweet potato and gaucamole.
I can't believe how much energy I have and not feeling blah. I'm really looking forward to improving on healthy meal days.
