Wow I blog a lot! Not a lot of progress ever! It is a good venting mechanism!
I've started progress again. I got injured too many times. It seems to be going swimmingly this time. I always feel like DIVING IN and pushing my limits. You're supposed to do that...but my foot is a delicate little thing and I've been working really slowly. I've actually been doing more strength training than usual to build up more muscles before I do more intense cardio, so that my legs and whatnots can take it.
I've also been really focusing on my technique, so I'm not actually doing anymore circuit training for a while (which most likely for me, leads to injury-ville). I am doing cardio, but mostly low-impact and recovery so that my joints won't hurt like crazy (which I did earlier in the week).
I've already noticed a lot of improvement on my joints this week, so I may go ahead with adding a higher intensity exercise. Fingers crossed.
Boy, it snowed today! I wish I had boots to go enjoy the weather outside...
